Candidates must possess prior experience in a senior care role within the UK and hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. Please note that we are only considering applications from individuals based in the UK.
This position offers a unique approach to care, distinct from traditional methods.
Compensation:
The base salary is £13.56 per hour for day shifts and £11.44 per hour for sleeping night shifts, with an additional £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
Work Schedule:
The role entails 33.5 hours per week, comprising a mix of day and evening shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
Day shifts typically run from 08:45 to 16:30 or from 16:15 to 09:30, while night shifts are scheduled from 21:30 to 09:00.
Our Care Supervisors sleep between 23:00 and 07:00, providing emergency support to our residents during this time.

Candidate Profile:
