About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Markel International Services Ltd. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception desk, greeting clients and visitors, and handling incoming calls and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the Support Services Manager, including managing conference facilities, room bookings, and catering requirements.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office, including managing post, maintaining data protection regulations, and adhering to security and H&S standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives, demonstrating a positive and co-operative attitude.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in managing and logging calls, and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients and visitors.
