About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Lead to drive the Treatwell brand forward across Europe, leading a new chapter and driving meaningful impact for both consumers and partners.

This role will have the mandate to develop the brand across 13 markets and shape the roadmap for expansion both internationally and at a proposition level.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement brand building, protecting, and championing strategies for both B2C and B2B audiences.
  2. Lead excellence in campaign and planning strategy, with a focus on creative and consumer-centric energy.
  3. Drive strong proven experience in communications, specifically in social and content with a focus on influencer flywheel.
  4. Develop a keen understanding of marketplace dynamics, specifically around advocacy and network effects.
  5. Collaborate with the Growth and Design team to lead creative performance.
  6. Deliver end-to-end brand marketing strategy and offline presence.
  7. Provide market and consumer behavior insights.
  8. Manage and lead cross-company collaboration.
