We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEND teacher to join our team at Protocol Education. As a SEND teacher, you will play a vital role in transforming the lives of vulnerable learners and making a positive impact on their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities- Planning and Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging and holistic sessions that meet the needs of each young person, advancing their educational and social-emotional journey.
- Progress Monitoring: Complete lesson reports and provide regular feedback on the young person's progress, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed.
- Qualifications: Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS / QTLS / PGCE / B.Ed / PTLLS / DTLLS / CELTA)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years teaching experience, with a proven track record of working with young people with Additional Educational Needs, specifically SEMH.
- Safeguarding: Experience, knowledge, and understanding of safeguarding processes, with a commitment to promoting the health, safety, and wellbeing of children and young people.
- References: Two professional references, with a minimum of 24 months' experience in a teaching role.
- Competitive Salary: £34,000 - £47,000 per annum, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
