Pertemps Reading is seeking a skilled Forklift Counterbalance Driver to join our team. As a Forklift Counterbalance Driver, you will be responsible for:

  • Picking customer orders with precision and accuracy
  • Moving heavy products around the warehouse with ease and efficiency
  • Loading and unloading vehicles with care and attention to detail
  • Ensuring paperwork is correct prior to despatch, maintaining a high level of administrative accuracy
  • Completing daily FLT Safety Checks to ensure a safe working environment
  • Ensuring all stock is stored, handled, and loaded safely and securely, adhering to company standards

The successful candidate for this Forklift Counterbalance Driver role will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Current Forklift Counterbalance Certification (B2, 5to
  • 15to)
  • Clamp/Double Fork Certification is desirable, but not required
  • Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
  • A positive, can-do attitude, with excellent communication skills
