KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Global Public Relations Manager for Max Factor, you will report directly to the Global Senior Advocacy Manager. Your role will encompass the oversight, development, and execution of comprehensive PR, VIP, Influencer, and Event initiatives for Max Factor cosmetics. This includes crafting PR/VIP/Influencer marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand recognition, engagement, and visibility on a global scale.

Main Focus Areas:

  • Direct integrated PR campaigns and global timelines from conceptualization to execution, ensuring they are innovative, align with brand identity, and support cross-functional initiatives to strengthen Max Factor's brand equity and achieve business goals globally. Provide global PR toolkits, editorial schedules, and press/influencer guidelines.
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to create compelling marketing narratives and comprehensive plans, executing through the establishment of clear guidelines and toolkits.
  • Establish brand KPIs, monitor, analyze, and report results, effectively communicating tangible business outcomes to senior leadership.
