The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our PR team as a Public Relations Intern. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for processing PR orders, compiling press coverage, and maintaining our press database.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process PR orders and GRIN orders on PRIMA, with training provided
  • Compile weekly press coverage emails and send to Head Office
  • Keep an up-to-date press database, reviewing key titles weekly/monthly and identifying new names to outreach to
  • Press review, identifying new trends/story opportunities for Seraphine and reporting to the Press Officer
  • Maintain good relationships with fashion assistants and junior press
  • Manage sending of samples/gifting from the office, working with the Creative Production Coordinator to ensure all recorded correctly and kept organized
  • Track who we're gifting and flag when they might need to receive key milestone products
  • Manage the UK and International events calendar, tracking key events in the PR landscape to ensure no opportunities for dressing/product placement are missed
  • General influencer and VIP research, identifying new names to potentially outreach to
  • Support at key events such as press days and the Baby Show
  • Support at photoshoots with product where necessary
Requirements
  • Keen interest in fashion/VIP/influencer/media landscape
  • Proactive, organized, and a team player
  • Keen to learn how a press office runs and happy to get stuck in on all different aspects of this
  • Must be studying a degree in Fashion Marketing or similar
  • Some office experience preferred but not essential
What We Offer

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in our busy head office and 2 days per week working from home. We offer expenses to cover travel within London and a lunch stipend. We're looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our friendly PR team.
