About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Manorlands, a Sue Ryder hospice in West Yorkshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals living with conditions such as cancer, heart failure, and lung disease.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Assess and plan individualised care using evidence-based guidelines, ensuring the best possible quality of life for our patients.
  2. Maintain high standards of care delivery by working collaboratively within regulatory body standards and the Sue Ryder Quality Governance Policy.
  3. Provide support, leadership, and supervision to team members as appropriate, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

We offer a range of shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays, and are open to discussions regarding long and short shifts. Our RNs are required to work internal rotation, ensuring a fair and equitable distribution of duties.

About Us

Manorlands is a Sue Ryder hospice providing comprehensive care to individuals aged 18 and over living with complex conditions. Our care is available to people living in Craven, Airedale, Wharfedale, and surrounding areas of Bradford. We offer inpatient care, day services, and support to help people stay at home longer.

Person Specification
  • Diploma or Degree in Adult Nursing (UK)
  • Experience with palliative care/nursing
