Corporate Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join our Owner Managed Businesses Tax team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical tax advice on a range of issues, including business reorganisations, exits, EOT's, MVL's and family succession issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical tax advice on complex issues, including business reorganisations and exits.
- Support on delivery of tax due diligence assignments, ensuring seamless client experiences.
- Manage a small corporate tax compliance portfolio, reviewing the work of junior colleagues to ensure quality of service is maintained.
- Collaborate with wider firm colleagues to deliver a seamless client experience, including those in Corporate Finance, VAT/indirect taxes, Innovation Taxes, Entrepreneurial Taxes and Wealth.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and communicate the impact of these changes to clients and colleagues.
- Support and promote continual development of junior colleagues through training, coaching and provision of timely developmental feedback.
