We are seeking a skilled Procurement Administrator to join our team at People Source Consulting trading as Experis. This role will involve managing procurement procedures, coordinating stock and deliveries, and providing excellent opportunities for on-the-job training and experience in manufacturing and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:- Purchasing procedures and coordination of stock and deliveries across our global network
- Managing stock levels, purchasing, and chasing orders to ensure lead times are met
- Processing and monitoring supplier orders from order through to delivery
- Maintaining and being accountable for stock, including regular stock takes and quality control
- Supporting the Operations team with managing Commercial and Proforma Shipping Invoices
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
- Experience with Purchase order processing and/or sales order processing
- Good working knowledge of PC skills and Microsoft Office Software Suite
