Electronics Test Specialist

Reed Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Electronics Test Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of complex printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough fault finding and troubleshooting to component level on a variety of electronic products, including analogue and digital circuits.
  • Develop and maintain test specifications and procedures to ensure compliance with functional test requirements.
  • Accurately record and maintain test data and results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices, including IPC and 5S.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in electronics testing and validation, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of electronic circuit design and PCB assembly processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
