**Job Summary**
Our client, a leading manufacturer of heat exchangers in the oil and gas industry, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join their Filtration & Energy Solutions department. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring product and process compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure product quality meets the company's Quality Management System and pressure vessel regulatory requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
- Support continuous improvement activities, including the use of CI and problem-solving tools.
- Monitor and report on quality performance, including NCRs, audits, and quality milestones.
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager to inform and propose corrective actions for potential quality escapes.
- Conduct final inspection reports, NDT reports review, and welding traceability checks.
- Promote continuous improvement by collecting, interpreting, analyzing, and summarizing data to assess quality performance.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or HND qualifications in a relevant engineering field.
- Working knowledge of ISO9001:2015, welding processes, and non-destructive testing.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
