About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Professional to join our team as a Complex Needs Assistant. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs, including peg feeding, medication administration, and non-invasive ventilation.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, gaining their trust and confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
