Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Auto Mail Operator to join our team at Devonshire Appointments. As an Auto Mail Operator, you will be responsible for operating various auto-fulfillment and sortation machines, such as Bluecrest, to ensure efficient and accurate processing of mail and documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate auto-fulfillment and sortation machines to process mail and documents
  • Obtain and return stock as required
  • Work to established job specifications and procedures to meet quality and output targets
  • Adhere to defined standards and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Escalate issues to the line manager in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • SLA Focus: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Drive for Results: Proven track record of achieving targets and goals
  • Effective Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with colleagues and management
  • Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Basic PC Skills: Ability to complete various MI tasks
