Competitive base salary – approximately £37,000 plus uncapped commission with potential earnings of an additional £5,000 monthly.

Position Overview

In this role, you will engage with affluent clients, including medical professionals, financial experts, and high-profile individuals.

The successful applicant will join a dynamic team of sales experts at a premier property investment firm located in West Yorkshire. This position demands exceptional interpersonal skills and effective communication, along with a refined sales technique in a vibrant atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships and handle incoming inquiries from investors, including high-net-worth individuals with a minimum investment threshold of £100,000. You will onboard qualified prospects to enhance revenue and ensure client loyalty. Your role will involve acting as a consultant by devising sales and negotiation strategies that unlock maximum revenue potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming inquiries (no cold calling necessary)
  • Conduct needs assessments, data analysis, and product presentations
  • Promptly respond to warm leads through various communication channels, including phone and email
  • Identify investor goals and engage with new investors to onboard them as qualified clients
  • Prepare and send detailed proposals outlining investment opportunities
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings within the UK
  • Connect high-net-worth individuals with property opportunities in the UK market
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Close property investment transactions with a diverse clientele
  • Collaborate with management on promising sales leads
  • Proactively market to investors
