Job Summary:
The CRA GROUP LIMITED is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Youth Justice Practitioner. This role is a key part of our efforts to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and learning of children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize initiative and problem-solving skills to create positive outcomes for children and young people.
- Apply solution-focused approaches to deliver effective interventions and support.
- Collaborate with children, young people, parents, and families to identify and address early signs of social, emotional, health, or behavioral issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to supporting children and young people.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification at graduate level or equivalent experience in a relevant area of work.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development and commitment to best practice.
Working Arrangements:
- Hybrid office arrangement with 23 days per week.
- 37 hours per week.
