Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and assess cost estimates, budgets, and financial documentation for construction initiatives.
2. Conduct site assessments and quantity take-offs to guarantee precise cost forecasts.
3. Negotiate and oversee contracts, subcontracts, and procurement activities.
4. Track project expenditures and enforce cost management strategies.
5. Review and process payment requests, change orders, and claims.
6. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are fulfilled.
7. Provide value engineering insights and cost-reduction suggestions.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience as a Cost Management Specialist in the construction sector, preferably with consultancy or client-side experience.
- Strong comprehension of construction methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently and adhere to deadlines.
- Relevant professional credentials (e.g., RICS, CIOB) are highly desirable or in progress.
