Job Opportunity: Customer Development Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Customer Development Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a territory of Retail customers and driving sales growth for our client's portfolio of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute a business plan to maximize sales opportunities within your defined territory
  • Work closely with a Regional Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in FMCG field sales with a strong track record of sales success
  • Excellent commercial acumen and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full driving license required
