Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children, young people, and colleagues.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and adhere to Area Camden's policies and procedures.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, with a willingness to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
