Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tour Accountant to join our team at Handle Recruitment. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for providing financial support to our clients in the music industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage artist and performer accounts, including production accounts, touring accounts, and expenses.
  • Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts for current and upcoming tours.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations, sales, and purchase ledger.
  • Provide tax support and ensure compliance with VAT regulations.
  • Collaborate with artists and their management teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Previous accounting experience, preferably in a practice or within the music industry.
  • Studying or registered accountant (AAT/ACCA) or finance and accounting graduate.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with artists and management teams.
