Join Our Team as a Senior Highways Technology Engineer

We are excited to present an opportunity for a Senior Highways Technology Engineer to become a vital part of our Transportation division. In this role, you will take charge of the development and management of diverse technology scheme designs, guiding projects from initial concept to the final stages of Preliminary Design. Your focus will encompass the modernization and enhancement of existing highways technology assets, alongside the creation of pioneering solutions, renewable energy systems, and security frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and documentation of various technical materials, including drawings, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), reports, business cases, and risk assessments.
  • Oversee team members, providing direction and constructive feedback to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Engage with clients and interdisciplinary design teams to clarify requirements and ensure project completion.
  • Facilitate personal and team development through the establishment and management of effective work processes.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, financials, and risk management strategies.

What We Seek:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Highways Technology Engineer position will possess:

  • A strong background in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) consultancy, design, or project management.
  • Expertise in ITS, National Highways Technology Assets, Infrastructure, IoT, telecommunications, and IP technologies relevant to our services.
  • A relevant degree in engineering or a related scientific discipline.
