Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Lead to join our People team. Reporting to the Payroll and Benefits Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the evolution of our Benefits offering at Forseven. This position will be responsible for the delivery and onboarding of competitive and engaging benefits packages for our employees. Additionally, you will oversee both UK and international payrolls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the payroll process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Management: Manage company benefits, including provider relationships and timely invoice payments.
  • Benefits Administration: Process benefits requests, changes, and queries to ensure accurate enrollment and payroll deductions.
  • Expertise and Support: Serve as the internal expert on benefits, supporting employees, management, and the People team.
  • Strategy Development: Assist in developing and communicating the Forseven Benefits strategy.
  • Payroll Support: Handle payroll-related queries and support accurate UK and international payroll processing.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and provide reports on benefits and payroll for the People team.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest process improvements and ensure compliance with local legislation.
  • Third-Party Management: Manage third-party Employer of Record partners and ensure timely, accurate payments.

Requirements:

  • Benefits Administration Experience: Experienced in benefits administration within a fast-paced People function.
  • Payroll Expertise: Proficient in UK and global payroll processes with advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
  • Event Planning: Experienced in planning annual events.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented, reliable, and a resilient team player with a can-do attitude.
