Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team. As a mental health nurse with Newcross Healthcare Solutions Limited, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, care homes, and community-based services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify individual needs and develop strategies for support
- Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and carers to ensure person-centered care
- Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration
- 6+ months post-qualification experience specific to the mental health role
- Evidence of valid PMVA training
- Up-to-date Mandatory skills for Health Training
- Up-to-date DBS check and proof of immunisations (Hepatitis B, Rubella, Varicella, TB, and Measles)
