Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team within the Women's Rehabilitation Services at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention to service users with complex mental health needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention to service users with complex mental health needs.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct regular clinical supervision and training to staff members.
  • Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology or a related field.
  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Experience working with complex mental health needs, including trauma, psychosis, and emotional regulation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
