Job Title: Registered Manager

Wiltshire Council is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our Children's Home team.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of care professionals to provide high-quality overnight short break services for children and young people with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement policies to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.
  • Manage budgets and financial reporting to ensure the effective use of resources.
  • Act as Designated Safeguard Lead, responding to safeguarding concerns and ensuring the protection of our residents.
