Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Contract Supervisor at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture and grounds maintenance, coupled with exceptional leadership skills.

Key Duties

  • Coordinating the day-to-day running of the contract, including planning works and managing performance and delivery through area-based teams.
  • Monitoring work progress and performance, taking prompt action when needed, and reporting any irregularities or problems to the Contract Manager.
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships, acting as an ambassador for the company and ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Managing the performance of contract staff through regular meetings, briefings, and toolbox talks, and addressing any employee relations issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, including conducting risk assessments and implementing corrective measures.
  • Promoting the company's services through various marketing channels and developing external relationships to strengthen the company's profile.
  • Assisting the Contract Manager with financial management, including reviewing costs and expenditures to ensure budgets are met.
