Position Overview

If you are seeking a chance to refine your culinary skills in a prestigious luxury hotel environment, Balmoral Hotel invites you to consider the role of Junior Kitchen Chef within our Brasserie or Banqueting teams.
You will collaborate with our skilled Head Chefs, who are dedicated to utilizing fresh, seasonal ingredients while mentoring and developing their team members.
Your responsibilities will include assisting the Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie to ensure the efficient operation of a designated station within our bustling kitchen, contributing to the seamless execution of our distinguished menu.
Tasks will encompass food preparation and mise-en-place, actively participating during service, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Adaptability and a willingness to learn are essential, as you will be expected to support the broader kitchen team as needed. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, communicating effectively with colleagues with both confidence and respect.
