Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing the installation of renewable technologies, including Solar PV, EV Charging, and ASHP. This is a remarkable opportunity for a driven professional to contribute their skills to a vibrant team and assist our organization in achieving its objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and manage electrical projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to define project requirements and specifications.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of electricians and other project team members.
  • Review electrical designs, schematics, and drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment essential for project completion.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
  • Prepare project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and final reports.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Ability to perform basic mechanical tasks and solder as required.
  • Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment.
  • Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations.
