Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Join BMS Performance as a Regional Sales Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and sales skills. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a field-based sales team of 5 across the southern half of the UK.

About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing a field-based sales team of 5 across the southern half of the UK
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Coaching and mentoring sales team members to improve their performance
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Analyzing sales data and providing insights to inform business decisions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales leadership experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and motivate sales team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Basic salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum
  • OTE: £35,000 commission and bonus, uncapped

Location

This role is based in the southern half of the UK, with a focus on the following locations:
