About the Role

This is a key support position within the Clinical Systems Team at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. The post holder will be responsible for assisting the EPR Workflow Lead in supporting systems under the remit of the Clinical Systems Team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and create EPR accounts and related applications, ensuring seamless access for users.
  • Oversee the management of Data Collection Workbooks, guaranteeing accurate and timely data.
  • Provide a comprehensive support service to users of systems, addressing queries and concerns efficiently.
  • Lead and support the EPR System Support Analysts, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate access to systems, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
  • Develop and maintain key documentation to support processes, promoting clarity and efficiency.
  • Support cascade training, empowering team members with the necessary skills.
  • Perform general system administration duties, maintaining the integrity of systems.
  • Provide basic management cover for other ICT systems, ensuring continuity.
  • Contribute to supporting 24/7 services within the Trust, working independently on-call.
