We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commis Chef to join our kitchen team at Wycombe Heights Golf Centre in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day food preparation and service, working alongside our 2 chefs to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy golf centre with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our customers, including daily menus, specials, and function menus.
- Ensure all food is presented to the highest standards, meeting the company's quality and presentation expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of food preparation, storage, and inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
- Participate in menu planning and development, contributing to the creation of new dishes and specials.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
