About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Poundstretcher. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock control.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and customer service standards.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth.
