Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients to provide personalized care and support, helping them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with personal care, medication management, and household tasks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure high-quality care and support is delivered to all clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
