- Maintain accurate records for all children and facilitate effective financial reporting.
- Uphold our reputation for outstanding practice.
- Oversee all Health & Safety aspects, including incident reporting and risk assessments.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Level 4 Childcare qualification (e.g., CWDC Diploma, NNEB, BTEC, NVQ, CACHE) or equivalent.
- A minimum of 4 GCSEs at grades A-C, including English and Mathematics.
- Paediatric First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in a high-quality nursery setting.
- Demonstrated management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with legislation and regulations governing nurseries and the inspection process.
Desirable Attributes:
- Willingness to pursue graduate or postgraduate training (Early Career Teacher).
- Experience with Montessori methodologies.
- Proven success in achieving high ratings in inspections.
