Project Scope: Our projects vary in scale, ranging from £5k to £15m, where we serve as both Principal Contractor and Principal Designer on numerous schemes, while also supporting our esteemed Tier 1 contractor clients in subcontractor and off-site manufacturing roles.

Position Overview: Due to our ongoing expansion, we are seeking an Electrical Operations Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will involve overseeing electrical engineering tasks on-site across various locations.

Working Hours: The core working hours are Monday to Friday, with a commitment of 40 hours per week. Overtime is compensated hourly, and travel time is paid door-to-door in addition to contracted and overtime hours. A company vehicle and fuel card may be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise electrical installations in compliance with BS7671 and Bridges' Health & Safety Standards.
  • Promote and adhere to the STAR dynamic risk assessment process.
  • Mentor and coach Electricians, Electrical Improvers/Mates, and Apprentices.
  • Hold SSSTS / SMSTS certification (essential).
  • Demonstrate experience as an Electrical Supervisor.
  • Possess experience within the water infrastructure sector.
  • Maintain a full UK driving license.

Additional Qualifications:

  • EUSR water hygiene certification.
  • Thames Water passport.
  • PASMA / IPAF / Confined space training.
  • Experience in industrial and/or panel wiring.
