Role Summary:
As the Bar Manager, you will have the unique chance to significantly influence the bar's character and reputation for quality. You will be responsible for overseeing all facets of bar operations, ensuring an unparalleled experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the bar team, establishing a culture of excellence from the outset.
- Collaborate with the executive team to create and implement a strategic plan for the successful launch and ongoing management of the bar.
- Manage daily operations, including staffing, training, inventory oversight, and financial performance, to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Develop innovative approaches to enhance revenue and profitability while upholding the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
- Encourage a collaborative, professional environment among staff, empowering them to exceed expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor guest feedback and proactively address any concerns to ensure a memorable experience for all patrons.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Bar Manager in a high-volume, upscale venue is essential.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve operational excellence, particularly in new openings.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to outstanding hospitality.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in hospitality management or a related field are preferred.
