About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Luxury Host/Hostess to join our team at a prestigious luxury brand in Mayfair. As a key member of our boutique team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations.

Your primary focus will be on creating a seamless and luxurious brand experience for all clients, ensuring that every interaction is professional, attentive, and tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients with utmost professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage client flow, adhering to control and security policies
  • Oversee the daily client appointment calendar, promoting appointment services
  • Relay client needs to the management and sales team
  • Assist with private events and store duties
  • Facilitate gift wrapping purchases when required
About You

We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. You should be able to work consistently under pressure, maintaining high standards and a professional demeanor at all times.

As a luxury brand ambassador, you will be expected to embody the values and ethos of our company, demonstrating a deep understanding of the luxury retail environment and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Package

We offer a competitive salary of circa £35,000 per annum, boutique hours, and excellent benefits. If you are a motivated and charismatic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.
