We are seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at a reputable nursing home in the Chertsey area. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the clinical aspects of care within the home, working closely with the management team to ensure high-quality care is delivered.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective induction programs for new staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including the CQC Code of Conduct.
- Hold a current NMC PIN as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with experience in elderly care.
- Have a thorough understanding of the CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience as a Clinical Deputy Manager or in a similar leadership role within a nursing home.
- Competitive hourly rate of £24.
- NMC registration fee reimbursement.
- Paid breaks and meals provided.
