We are collaborating with a prominent consumer goods organization that has established a robust presence in its sector and is poised for significant expansion in the coming years. They are seeking a Product Category Lead to spearhead the Category division, which currently comprises 4 direct reports.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Consumer Goods Category Leadership and have a proven track record in managing teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Category Strategy Development framework, identifying growth opportunities while assessing potential challenges.
- Oversee product innovation from initial concept through to market introduction.
- Collaborate with the broader team to gather and analyze market intelligence to gain insights into consumer preferences and industry trends.
- Partner with the Brand and Marketing teams to create promotional strategies and campaigns for new product launches.
- Coordinate with the Sales department to execute strategic plans and promotional initiatives.
Essential Skills:
- Current experience in a Category Leadership role.
