Role Overview:
In light of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a dedicated Telesales Consultant to bolster our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service capabilities.
  • Demonstrate a strong phone presence with experience in making numerous calls daily.
  • Utilize a CRM system effectively.
  • Possess excellent numerical skills for swift and precise calculations of sales prices, discounts, and percentages.

Sales Activities:
Engage in selling services through various channels including phone, email, and online platforms.

Support Functions:
  • Assist field-based Business Development Managers.
  • Upsell products and services.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through outbound cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow-ups.
  • Maintain and enhance the database of prospects.

Sales Development:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold outreach.

Sales Goals:
  • Close sales and meet established targets.
  • Maintain and grow a database of prospects within designated territories.
