About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic individual to join our team as a Case Administrator. As a key member of our probation team, you will play a vital support role in helping to keep the public safe.

As a Case Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring that staff and service users are supported through efficient processes. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate offender and victim information on relevant databases, preparing and collating case and other records, and providing cover for an effective and efficient reception and telephone enquiry service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain accurate offender and victim information on relevant approved databases.
  • Ensure the effective administration of referrals to and relationships between offender management, victims, interventions, service providers, and external agencies.
  • Prepare, maintain, and collate case and other records, files, and management information.
  • Provide cover for an effective and efficient reception and telephone enquiry service.
  • Act as single point of contact within the unit for specialist areas of work.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals.
  • Good keyboard and IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office Word and basic skills in Excel.
  • Ability to use databases.
