Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload, particularly involving estates, trusts, and intestacy matters.
- Advise clients on trusts, including the creation and administration of Life Interest and Discretionary Trusts both during the client's lifetime and post-death.
- Handle cases of intestacy, guiding clients through the required legal processes.
- Provide comprehensive advice on tax relief, estate planning, and trusts, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with clients from diverse backgrounds, maintaining a sensitive, empathetic approach, particularly during emotionally challenging circumstances such as probate and lasting powers of attorney matters.
