Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes, to promote independence and well-being.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals, families, and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and creativity in working with individuals and their families to meet their unique needs.
  • Personal care experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work within rostered hours and participate in an on-call rota, as required.
