Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in supporting students with SEND

Requirements

  • Patience and understanding when working with students who may present with challenging behaviors
  • Knowledge and understanding of the challenges faced by students with SEND
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
