Employment Type:
Full Time - Permanent. 40 hours per week with additional hours and on-call duties as necessary.


In this role, you will be an integral part of the Hard Services team, assisting in the upkeep and repair of facilities under a Hard Services Contract.

Your responsibilities will include executing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), responding to urgent repair requests, and managing minor projects related to all electrical systems. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and rectifying issues with electrical assets and services.

You will be expected to maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed on equipment and systems, ensuring both physical and digital documentation is up to date.
Participation in an emergency on-call rota outside of standard working hours is required, along with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
You should possess commercial maintenance experience with a focus on either Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.
Relevant qualifications in your chosen field (Mechanical or Electrical) are essential.
A full, clean driving license is also required.
