About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading brokerage as a Mortgage Administrator, where you will play a crucial role in supporting mortgage and protection applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process mortgage applications to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Key in applications and maintain accurate records
  • Conduct anti-money laundering checks and verify client information
  • Communicate with clients regarding the status of their applications

Requirements:

  • Experience in the whole of market mortgage industry, preferably in an administrative or banking background
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a confident telephone manner
  • Able to work as part of a team and use initiative to resolve issues
