We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on mortgage and protection products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer professional and impartial mortgage and protection advice to clients
- Advise on life cover, critical illness cover, income cover, and family income benefit to ensure clients are fully protected
- Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through their mortgage journey
- Maintain comprehensive market knowledge and adhere to relevant compliance requirements and FCA regulations
- Liaise with lenders, estate agents, introducers, and solicitors to ensure a smooth process for clients from start to finish
Requirements:
- Ambitious, confident, and proactive individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- At least 1 year of experience providing regulated mortgage advice
- Full CeMAP or CII qualification or equivalent
