Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement retail business plans, operational targets, and budgets in conjunction with retailers
* Monitor retailers' adherence to SPAR operating standards and facilitate improvement as required
* Monitor retailer performance and facilitate improvement as required, in conjunction with the team
* Control bad debt management within the business and liaise closely with head office on identified issues
* Provide retailers with information and support on implementing new SPAR developments and initiatives
* Offer retailers advice and sources of information on general business issues and legislation
* Develop strong working relationships with individual retailers and their teams, balancing the needs and expectations of the AFB Group
* Identify and report issues affecting retailers' ability to trade or pay AFB Group bills
* Ensure successful integration of new retailers as they are handed over from Recruitment
* Support the RSM by representing the Sales Department in project groups

Requirements:
