Business Operations Manager

NFU Cymru is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team in Builth Wells. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Manage our office supplies and ensure that our equipment is in good working order.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including booking venues and arranging catering.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality.
