Quantity Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage construction projects, including budgeting, cost control, and project scheduling.
  2. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  3. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  4. Prepare and manage project reports, including progress updates, budget variances, and quality control.
  5. Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project plans, ensuring they align with company objectives.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  3. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
